Job Title: Landscaping Enhancement Director Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscaping Enhancement Director to join our team. This individual will play a key role in business development, selling new installation jobs and managing landscape installation projects, ensuring high-quality work, and providing excellent customer service. The primary responsibilities include business development, sales, meeting with clients to recommend landscaping solutions, creating accurate project estimates, supervising installation crews, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the installation division. * Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. * Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and close sales for new installation projects. * Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, developers, and other key decision-makers. * Upsell additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue. Client Consultation & Sales * Meet with clients to assess their landscaping needs and recommend appropriate solutions, plants, and materials. * Provide expert guidance on plant selection, landscape design, and sustainability practices. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction from project inception to completion. Estimating & Project Planning * Develop detailed project estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. * Prepare and present proposals to clients, making adjustments as needed to meet their needs and budget. * Coordinate with suppliers to source materials and ensure timely deliveries. Crew Supervision & Quality Control * Oversee landscape installation crews, ensuring efficient work and adherence to project timelines. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality standards. * Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a productive work environment. Project Execution & Completion * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. * Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Implement continuous improvements in workflow, efficiency, and quality of work. Qualifications & Skills * 5+ years of experience in landscaping installation sales and business development. * 5+ years of experience in landscape installation, project management, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and irrigation systems. * Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and blueprints. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Proficiency in creating estimates and managing budgets. * Leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise installation crews. * Valid driver's license with a clean record. Preferred Qualifications * Degree or certification in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field preferred * Strong knowledge of plants in South Florida * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
