Jbrands Distribution LLC is growing fast, and we're looking for driven Sales Associates who want to sell, travel, and win. We're a wholesale & distribution company selling general merchandise nationwide -- and we need people who love the grind, thrive on the phone, and want real upside. What You'll Do * Make 100+ outbound sales calls per day (non-negotiable -- this is how you make money) * Work qualified leads and build long-term accounts * Attend trade shows and industry events across the U.S. * Travel for sales trips, client visits, and shows (yes, on the company) * Close deals and represent Jbrands face-to-face and over the phone * Track activity and performance in Salesforce * Follow up, upsell, and grow accounts after shows and trips Who You Are * Hungry, competitive, and motivated * Confident on the phone and in person * Comfortable traveling and representing the brand * Organized, persistent, and results-driven * Sales experience is a plus -- drive and mindset matter more * You want commission, pressure, and growth -- not a "clock-in/clock-out" job What's In It for You * Base + uncapped commission (your effort = your paycheck) * Leads provided + trade show opportunities * Paid travel for shows and work trips * Fast-paced, energetic sales environment * Real opportunity for advancement with a growing company Why Jbrands?
