A leading Japanese manufacturer is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its team in Northern California. The ideal candidate will have 3 -5 years of sales experience and knowledge of electronic engineering related to OEM products. Key Responsibilities: * Manage, coordinate, and implement sales activities for assigned key accounts in the region. * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. * Create and present technical product information to customers; support design-in activities and reference designs. * Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, technical support, manufacturing) to meet customer needs and ensure timely communication. * Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity summaries to management. * Manage sales through direct customers, distributors, and manufacturer representatives. * Participate in regular sales meetings, report customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategy development. * Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. * Provide training and product presentations to customers, distributors, and sales representatives. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or OEM-related industries. * Knowledge of electronic engineering and OEM product sales. * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
