Job Title: Night Shift Sales Associate - 7-Eleven Location: 2911 NW Nicolai St, Portland, OR 97210 Shift: Overnight (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Job Description Franchisees rely on Sales Associates to provide outstanding service, maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment, stock and merchandise products, and operate the register. Store employees are expected to be reliable, honest, and greet customers with a smile. What You 'll Do * Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service * Drive sales through effective communication with customers * Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment * Perform cashier duties (ring sales and maintain cash control) * Prepare and handle hot food items * Restock shelves, coolers, and displays * Forecast, order, and stock merchandise (with training) * Check in vendor deliveries * Perform regular cleaning and other assigned tasks Responsibilities & Physical Requirements * Constant standing, bending, and reaching * Frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs; occasional lifting of up to 40-50 lbs * Ability to work overnight shifts (10-6 or 11-7) * Teamwork, dependability, and strong communication skills Qualifications * Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred (not required - training provided) * Minimum age: 18 years Important Notice This position is for employment at a 7-Eleven convenience store operated by an independent franchisee , not 7-Eleven, Inc.
