We are currently seeking driven and licensed professionals to join their growing team as Licensed Medicare Sales Agents in Boca Raton, FL. Position: Licensed Medicare Sales Agent Location: Boca Raton, FL (onsite) Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM About Our Client Our client is a rapidly expanding leader in the healthcare insurance vertical, dedicated to providing high-quality coverage options to Medicare-eligible individuals. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound live transfer leads and provide consultative sales support to clients * Educate and guide clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans * Utilize licensing and AHIP credentials to ensure compliant enrollments * Work within a team-oriented structure focused on delivering results and client satisfaction * Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to maximize earnings * Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM systems Requirements: * Active 2-15 or 2-40 Florida insurance license required * Current AHIP certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start) * Previous Medicare sales experience preferred but not required * Background in insurance sales or similar industries a plus * Strong phone skills and proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment * High level of professionalism, motivation, and attention to detail Compensation & Incentives: * Base salary: $700 per week * Deal commission structure: * 10-13 deals/week: $40 per deal * 14-17 deals/week: $50 per deal * 18-21 deals/week: $60 per deal * 22+ deals/week: $70 per deal This is a performance-driven role with outstanding income potential and opportunities to advance quickly within a growing organization.
