We are currently seeking driven and licensed professionals to join their growing team as Licensed Medicare Sales Agents in Boca Raton, FL. Position: Licensed Medicare Sales Agent Location: Boca Raton, FL (onsite) Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM About Our Client Our client is a rapidly expanding leader in the healthcare insurance vertical, dedicated to providing high-quality coverage options to Medicare-eligible individuals. Key Responsibilities
:
- Handle inbound live transfer leads and provide consultative sales support to clients
- Educate and guide clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
- Utilize licensing and AHIP credentials to ensure compliant enrollments
- Work within a team-oriented structure focused on delivering results and client satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to maximize earnings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM systems
Requirements
:
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 Florida insurance license required
- Current AHIP certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Previous Medicare sales experience preferred but not required
- Background in insurance sales or similar industries a plus
- Strong phone skills and proven ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, motivation, and attention to detail
Compensation
& Incentives:
- Base salary: $700 per week
- Deal commission structure:
- 10-13 deals/week: $40 per deal
- 14-17 deals/week: $50 per deal
- 18-21 deals/week: $60 per deal
