Job Overview - 7-Eleven Store Associate (New Store Opening) Must be 21+ to apply. Looking for 3 Applicants We're looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our brand-new 7-Eleven location! As a Store Associate , you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. We have three available shifts: * Full-Time Morning Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM * Full-Time Afternoon Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM - 07:30 PM Responsibilities * Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all customers. * Operate the POS register accurately for sales, returns, and cash handling. * Follow all cash management and loss prevention procedures. * Restock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are always available and appealing. * Assist with receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory accuracy. * Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for customers and team members. This includes restrooms * Educate customers about promotions, new products, and loyalty programs. * Support new team members when needed and promote a positive work environment. Skills & Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Experience handling cash and operating POS systems. * Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory counts. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Bilingual abilities are a plus. * Previous convenience store or retail experience preferred, but not required.
