EMG Portland is hiring! We're expanding our Wireless Sales Team Members in the Portland area and seeking driven individuals ready to build a long-term career in telecommunications, customer service, and sales. As an Wireless Sales Team Member, you'll represent one of the most recognized names in wireless communication, helping customers understand their AT&T plan options, activate new services, and feel confident in their purchases. This is a full-time, entry-level position with clear opportunities to grow into leadership and account management roles. Job Details & Pay Transparency * Job Type: Full-Time, W-2 * Compensation: Commission-only with weekly pay * Average Weekly Earnings: $900-$1,400/week based on personal performance * Pay Structure: Typically $100+ per completed activation or customer enrollment * Schedule: Monday-Saturday (must be available 40-50 hours/week) * Work Setting: In-person, customer-facing sales conducted across the Portland metro area * Training: Hands-on, 2-week sales training provided (unpaid) * Products Sold: AT&T wireless plans, mobile service upgrades, and device activations Responsibilities of a Wireless Sales Team Member: * Represent leading telecommunications and wireless services in the Portland market * Speak directly with customers to explain AT&T mobile plans, upgrades, and add-ons * Support new customer enrollments, account changes, and product education * Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service that builds trust and satisfaction * Maintain accurate records of customer activity and enrollment progress * Work with team leads to meet daily and weekly sales goals * Learn and apply new sales techniques through ongoing AT&T product training * Represent AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and brand accuracy What We 're Looking For in a Wireless Sales Team Member: * Strong communicator with a passion for customer service and sales * Interested in AT&T wireless technology, mobile devices, and telecommunications * Highly motivated and performance-driven * Able to work full-time and commute to locations around Portland, OR * Previous experience in sales, retail, customer-facing roles, or hospitality is a plus * No prior experience required -- training is provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
