Backed by industry expertise and a strong client network, we are redefining how companies and their partners deliver long-term value ABOUT THE ROLE: * We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Channel Manager to manage and grow relationships with a select portfolio of high-value enterprise partners. In this role, you will focus on 3-5 large accounts, cultivating trusted, executive-level relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving measurable business outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building strategic partnerships, delivering revenue growth, and leading cross-functional initiatives that create long-term value KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Strategic Partner Management: Own relationships with a small set of large enterprise partners, ensuring alignment, trust, and measurable success * Relationship Development: Build and maintain executive-level connections, acting as the primary liaison and advocate for partner needs * Business Growth & Opportunity Identification: Identify white space opportunities, co-develop strategies with partners, and expand revenue, solution adoption, and market penetration * Campaign & Program Leadership: Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver impactful campaigns and exceed KPIs * Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor partner performance, track outcomes, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement * Enablement & Support: Provide partners with the resources, training, and insights needed to succeed and maximize joint business outcomes * Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Strengthen at-risk relationships through proactive collaboration, transparent communication, and strategic problem-solving QUALIFICATIONS: * At least 5+ years of experience in Channel Management, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Account Management * Proven success managing 3-5 high-value enterprise accounts and driving measurable growth * Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust at the C-suite level * Demonstrated expertise in account management, shopper marketing, and cross-functional leadership * Track record of transforming at-risk relationships into sustainable, high-impact partnerships * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills * Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance and optimizing outcomes * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus WHAT 'S IN IT FOR YOU: * Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives. * Flexible time-off policy and fully remote work environment. * Opportunity to partner with top enterprise organizations and play a pivotal role in scaling innovative business solutions. * Collaborative, high-performance team culture with opportunities for growth.
