You don't need to be a top producer or have years in insurance. You do need: * Strong communication skills * A calm, professional presence * Integrity and follow-through * A mindset focused on helping, not pressure Many of our best advisors: * Have families of their own * Value honesty and stability * Take pride in serving others well About the Role This is an in-home insurance advisor role working directly with families (many of them veterans). You'll meet with people who have requested help and guide them through straightforward planning decisions. * Commission-based (1099) * Training and structured support provided * Appointments are scheduled for you * Work includes evenings and Saturdays Experience * Sales experience is helpful but not required * We train the right people * We care more about how you communicate than what you've sold before What Matters Most You'll do well here if you: * Listen more than you talk * Can explain things clearly and calmly * Handle emotional conversations with maturity * Make rational decisions under pressure * Keep your word This Is Not a Fit If * You need guaranteed income * You prefer remote or office-only work * You avoid evenings or Saturdays * You're uncomfortable meeting families in their homes Location Requirement This position services the South Florida area only.
