*Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist - Residential Construction Telemarketing Position We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Telemarketing Specialist to join our residential exterior construction team. This role focuses on outbound marketing and telemarketing efforts to consistently generate qualified lead opportunities for roofing, window, and siding projects. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a high work ethic, with the ability to confidently engage homeowners, build rapport, and set quality appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities * Perform consistent outbound dialing to homeowners using approved marketing lists and scripts * Generate and qualify lead opportunities for residential roofing, window, and siding projects * Schedule appointments and marketing leads for the sales team * Communicate professionally and confidently with homeowners to build trust and interest * Accurately track calls, conversations, and results in company systems * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly dialing and lead-generation goals * Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and strong social skills * Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits * Hourly base pay * Commission percentages on sales * Weekly and monthly performance bonuses * Consistent schedule with full-time hours * Opportunity for growth How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your resume.
