JOB DUTIES Create and update marketing materials including: brochures, specification sheets, videos, promotional materials Maintain AutoQuotes, Specifii and any other quotation program database utilized by company Assist in creation of product training materials Coordinate company tradeshow, conference, seminar, culinary event, In-house and external training efforts including arranging air, hotel, dining and ground transportation, interaction with tradeshow event contractors and parent company personnel, shipment of products and support materials Manage and update company website (excluding E-commerce and Rep Portal activities) with all pertinent sales and marketing materials needed to promote company products and services Coordinate with affiliated website management partner to conduct, analyze and present SEO results monthly Create company Social Media postings on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc. Provide monthly competitor Social Media Campaign posting overview for the competitive brands such as: Jade Range, Hestan, Vulcan, Southbend, Molteni, Bonnet Assist with end-user, consultant, dealer, sales and marketing firm photo shoots for use in company marketing campaigns while obtaining permissions/approvals from end-users for use of brand logos, referrals and testimonials as part of company marketing campaigns Represent company at any sales and marketing events EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing strongly preferred Minimum 3 years of FoodService Sales and Marketing OR equivalent experience required Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoQuotes, In Design, WordPress required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
