Join us to be part of a team that values professionalism, design excellence, and long-term relationships. _ Learn more at [please apply online] * Key Responsibilities: * Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Support Sales and Design teams by preparing estimates, proposals, and presentations. * Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and project information. * Schedule client meetings, showroom tours, and on-site consultations. * Manage communications and handoffs between sales, design, project management, and accounting. * Send follow-up emails, contracts, and client-facing documents. * Track sales leads from various marketing sources and ensure timely follow-ups. * Coordinate with marketing to maintain sales materials and visual assets. * Provide administrative support such as data entry, report generation, and file organization. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, client relations, or admin support--luxury design or construction industry preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. * Polished communication skills with excellent grammar and writing abilities. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills; highly detail-oriented. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, [please apply online] etc.). * Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. * Comfortable interacting with high-end clientele in a professional manner. * Sales or Customer Service certification preferred. * Benefits: * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Year-End Bonus * Tech Package (smartphone or tablet) * Career Advancement Opportunities * Uniforms Provided * Company Events and Annual Trips * Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle * Schedule* : * Full-Time -- Monday to Friday * Location: * Remote, with occasional travel for meetings or project site visits as needed. _ Equal Employment Opportunity:_ We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
