Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jr. Sales Account Executive to join our team in Hayward, CA. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing customers while working to reactivate those we have lost. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a clean driving record, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Visit existing customers regularly to ensure they are receiving outstanding service and address any concerns or feedback. * Engage with previous customers to understand their needs and work on reactivating them as active clients. * Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated. * Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to meet customer needs. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. * Travel primarily within the Bay Area with occasional visits to Sacramento as required. Qualifications: * Proven experience in customer relations, sales, or a related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns. * A clean driving record and the ability to travel as needed. * Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * A positive attitude and a genuine desire to "wow" customers with exceptional service.
