Full description of the position
Position Summary ONLY LOOKING FOR PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH PROMOSALES The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing business- to-business promotional product and branded apparel accounts. This role requires a disciplined sales professional capable of managing a full sales cycle, maintaining long-term client relationships, and consistently meeting revenue targets. The position is full-time and combines a base salary with performance-based commission. Compensation * Base Salary: $45,000 * Commission Potential: Up to $55,000+ annually * On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $100,000 * Commissions are reviewed and paid quarterly based on performance Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities * Conduct consultative needs assessments to recommend appropriate promotional product and branded merchandise solutions * Execute Sharp Promo's 12-Step Sales Plan , Order Management Process, and Client Feedback Request procedures * Conduct daily outbound and inbound B2B sales communication via phone, email, and digital channels * Oversee projects from initial quote through production and delivery, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and client satisfaction * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, changes, and issue resolution * Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet client expectations * Achieve established monthly and quarterly revenue goals * Participate in weekly performance and pipeline review meetings with sales leadership * Attend in-person client meetings at Sharp Promo headquarters or client locations as needed Required Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B sales; experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, print, or a related industry strongly preferred * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills * Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously * High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Bachelor's degree required * Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance Preferred Qualifications * Experience using CommonSKU , QuickBooks , or comparable CRM/ERP platforms * Demonstrated success managing and growing high-volume or high-revenue client accounts * Familiarity with promotional product industry suppliers and processes Core Values * Commitment to quality, accuracy, and timely execution * Ethical decision-making and accountability * Collaborative, team-oriented approach to work * Strong focus on customer satisfaction Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Do You Have Prior Experience in the PROMO INDUSTRY?
