Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Medicare Agent and become a vital part of helping seniors and eligible individuals access the healthcare coverage they deserve. In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise and communication skills to educate clients about Medicare options, guide them through enrollment processes, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties * Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, telemarketing, and retail sales environments to promote Medicare plans. * Conduct detailed analysis of clients' healthcare needs to recommend suitable Medicare options and benefits. * Negotiate plan details with clients to ensure they receive optimal coverage tailored to their individual requirements. * Manage sales administration tasks such as processing enrollments, maintaining accurate records, and updating client information efficiently. * Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly, ensuring clients understand their benefits, coverage options, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand outreach efforts within diverse communities, including multilingual engagement when applicable. * Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and assisting with benefits administration. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales environments demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills. * Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and marketing strategies to generate leads and grow client base. * Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate Medicare plans. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively. * Knowledge of sales administration processes, benefits management, and compliance standards such as HIPAA is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. * Prior experience in benefits administration or healthcare insurance sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
