We support both seasoned cake professionals and hobbyists locally, as well as through our online store. We also offer a range of activities, from baking and decorating classes for all ages to day camps that inspire a love for the art of cake design. Position : Sales Associate This role is perfect for individuals who excel at engaging customers, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a creative yet structured environment. What You 'll Do: * Provide a warm, welcoming experience for customers, assisting them with product selections and inquiries. * Clearly communicate product features and services to help customers find the best solutions. * Manage store operations, including opening/closing duties and maintaining a neat, organized and clean showroom. * Handle inventory, process merchandise, and keep our online presence updated. * Assist with basic baking tasks, class prep, and store upkeep, including preparing fondant decorations and measuring ingredients. * Offer customer service over the phone and through our online store. What We 're Looking For: * Customer-Oriented : You love connecting with people and offering exceptional service. * Organized & Creative: You enjoy keeping things tidy and have a great aesthetic sense. * Bilingual : Must be fluent in English and able to provide customer service in Spanish . * Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with cake baking or decorating is an advantage, but not required. * Professional & Motivated: You are dependable, self-driven, and capable of multitasking. Other Requirements : * Provide customer service and conduct conversation in Spanish. * Cake decorating experience a BIG plus. * Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. * Available for weekday afternoon shifts (12 pm - 7 pm) - shift based -and alternating Saturdays (10 am - 2 pm).
