Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Agent. As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibilities will revolve around attracting prospective tenants, touring and guiding them through the leasing process. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent sales skills, strong customer service skills and a passion for real estate. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional Sales and customer service to prospective tenants throughout the leasing process * Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters * Ensure applicants complete rental applications and necessary paperwork * Conduct background checks and verify references of potential tenants * Coordinate lease signings and ensure all required documents are completed accurately * Respond to inquiries from current tenants regarding lease renewals or maintenance requests * Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings and lease agreements * Collaborate with property management team to ensure units are well-maintained and ready for occupancy * Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and competitor offerings Experience: * Previous experience in sales is required * Previous experience in leasing is preferred. * Familiarity with property management processes is a plus * Strong customer relationship management skills * willing to learn legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Knowledgeable in Spanish is a plus (Writing, reading, speaking) Benefits: * Salary with Commission If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
