Job Summary

: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Agent. As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibilities will revolve around attracting prospective tenants, touring and guiding them through the leasing process. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent sales skills, strong customer service skills and a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional Sales and customer service to prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
• Ensure applicants complete rental applications and necessary paperwork
• Conduct background checks and verify references of potential tenants
• Coordinate lease signings and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
• Respond to inquiries from current tenants regarding lease renewals or maintenance requests
• Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings and lease agreements
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure units are well-maintained and ready for occupancy
• Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and competitor offerings Experience:
• Previous experience in sales is required
• Previous experience in leasing is preferred.
• Familiarity with property management processes is a plus
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• willing to learn legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledgeable in Spanish is a plus (Writing, reading, speaking)
