Be part of a team that has achieved: * Kubota 's highest award as an Elite Dealer for 6 years in a row * Top 5% of dealers nationwide * Family business with 2nd and 3rd generation growth * Kubota Elite Dealer (Top Award) Responsibilities: * Equipment Sales * Develop product knowledge * Achieve sales departmental goals * Build and develop relationships with customers * Assist sales department in all duties related to sales Strategies to Achieve Goals: * Professional sales training by experienced staff * Grow sales and expand customer relation with Kubota brand that covers a wide Range of customers * Represents company locally in a positive light in the community and with honesty and integrity * Paid training and continuing education opportunities Compensation: * Base pay + commission = $50,000 - $70,000 /year Benefits: * 401(k) and 401k matching * Weekly payroll through direct deposit * Dental, Health, Vision and Life insurance * Employee discount * Paid time off (10 paid holidays, 2 weeks after 2 yrs) Schedule: * Monday - Friday 8-5 and Saturday 8-2.
