Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Salary Commensurate with Experience. Along with Profit Sharing Plan. Duties * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback. * Utilize computer systems to log customer interactions and analyze data for trends in service requests. * Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs. * Handle cash transactions accurately and securely when required. * Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. * Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. * Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information. Experience Insurance Experience Preferred * Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers. * Familiarity with office environments and basic computer skills is essential for managing customer interactions efficiently. * Sales skills are a plus, as you may be required to promote products or services during interactions. * Ability to analyze customer feedback and adapt responses accordingly is beneficial for improving service quality.
