Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our clinical team. Creole speaker is a must. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of retail sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, explaining the benefit of joining our clinic experience, and ensuring an inviting environment in our walls and with our staff. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales through lead generation in the community via in person, phone, and mail marketing. Responsibilities * Make phone calls to prospective patients to generate leads * Make in-person connection throughout the community with prospective patients to generate leads * Hand out flyers to prospective patients to generate leads * Conduct tours for prospective patients who come to visit our medical center * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries * Support team members in clinic operations when required Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales, clinics, in similar environments preferred * Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus, creole speaking is required * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards This position offers an engaging work environment where your sales expertise and customer service skills will contribute directly to our clinic model success.
