In this entry-level, full-time role, you'll represent AT&T's wireless, internet, and streaming services to local customers, helping them find the right solutions for their home and mobile needs. What You 'll Do as an AT&T Sales Associate: * Meet face-to-face with customers in assigned residential areas to introduce AT&T products and services * Recommend service packages based on customer needs (including wireless, internet, and streaming solutions) * Answer questions, overcome objections, and guide customers through the enrollment process * Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up * Maintain accurate records of activity, enrollments, and customer feedback * Collaborate with your team and leadership to meet weekly goals and improve outreach What We 're Looking For: * Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset * Goal-oriented attitude with a desire to grow professionally * Willingness to learn -- no prior sales experience required * Ability to work full-time with reliable transportation for field assignments * High school diploma or equivalent required Role Details & Compensation: * Job Type: Full-Time * Employment Type: W-2 employee * Compensation: Commission-only * Average Earnings: Most associates earn $1,000-$1,800 weekly based on performance * Schedule: Monday-Saturday availability preferred (approx. 40-50 hours/week) * Location: In-person role with daily travel to assigned territories in the greater Portland, OR area * Client: Representing AT&T telecommunications services Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,800.00 per week Benefits: * On-the-job training * Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
