We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with experience in the medical equipment industry to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong network in healthcare, understands the sales cycle of capital medical devices or instruments, and is confident presenting high-ticket products to hospitals, clinics, and physicians. Responsibilities

:

• Sell endoscopy and surgical equipment (flexible & rigid scopes, processors, accessories, etc.) to hospitals, clinics, and distributors
• Build strong relationships with physicians, biomedical departments, and purchasing teams
• Conduct product demos, both virtual and in-person
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, closing, and follow-up
• Negotiate terms and close deals in a consultative, B2B sales process
• Track performance in CRM and hit sales targets consistently
• Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or B2B sales in the healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and medical terminology
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and demos
• Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Experience selling endoscopy equipment (Olympus, Pentax, Fujinon, Storz, etc.)
• Existing relationships with hospital buyers, gastroenterologists, or surgical centers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus
