We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with experience in the medical equipment industry to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong network in healthcare, understands the sales cycle of capital medical devices or instruments, and is confident presenting high-ticket products to hospitals, clinics, and physicians. Responsibilities: * Sell endoscopy and surgical equipment (flexible & rigid scopes, processors, accessories, etc.) to hospitals, clinics, and distributors * Build strong relationships with physicians, biomedical departments, and purchasing teams * Conduct product demos, both virtual and in-person * Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, closing, and follow-up * Negotiate terms and close deals in a consultative, B2B sales process * Track performance in CRM and hit sales targets consistently * Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or B2B sales in the healthcare sector * Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and medical terminology * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven * Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and demos * Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience selling endoscopy equipment (Olympus, Pentax, Fujinon, Storz, etc.) * Existing relationships with hospital buyers, gastroenterologists, or surgical centers * Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus * Background in biomedical technology, surgical sales, or clinical support What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + performance-based commission * High-value product portfolio with strong market demand * Support from pre-sales and technical teams * Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Ready to grow your career in medical sales?
