Sales Consultant - APS Aesthetics (In-Person) Location: Miami, FL Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $18-40 Hourly APS Aesthetics is a rapidly growing aesthetic practice in Miami focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and confidence-boosting transformations. We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to guide clients from their first inquiry to a fully booked procedure. Because our practice primarily serves a female patient clientele and operates in a women-centered environment, candidates who are comfortable working closely with female patients and understand their aesthetic concerns tend to thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and SMS * Follow up with warm leads and guide them through consultations and bookings * Provide detailed information on procedures, pricing, and financing options * Schedule consultations * Maintain accurate updates in the CRM system * Build strong client relationships and support them through their decision-making * Collaborate with internal teams to optimize conversions * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Requirements * 1+ years of sales or patient coordination experience (aesthetics or cosmetic surgery is a plus) * Bilingual English/Spanish required * Strong communication skills and professional phone presence * Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline * Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Proficient in CRM and scheduling software * Goal-oriented, empathetic, and polished Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base + uncapped commissions * Monthly bonuses and incentives * Discounts on treatments and procedures * Opportunities for advancement * Supportive, energetic team culture * Paid training Work Location In person - Miami, FL Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
