Sales Consultant - APS Aesthetics (In-Person) Location: Miami, FL Job Type: Full-time

Compensation

: $18-40 Hourly APS Aesthetics is a rapidly growing aesthetic practice in Miami focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences and confidence-boosting transformations. We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to guide clients from their first inquiry to a fully booked procedure. Because our practice primarily serves a female patient clientele and operates in a women-centered environment, candidates who are comfortable working closely with female patients and understand their aesthetic concerns tend to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and SMS
• Follow up with warm leads and guide them through consultations and bookings
• Provide detailed information on procedures, pricing, and financing options
• Schedule consultations
• Maintain accurate updates in the CRM system
• Build strong client relationships and support them through their decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize conversions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales or patient coordination experience (aesthetics or cosmetic surgery is a plus)
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up discipline
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient in CRM and scheduling software
• Goal-oriented, empathetic, and polished
