Door-to-Door Salesperson / Canvasser - Base + Commission (No Closing Required) Company: Novara Construction LLC Location: 600 NE 185th St, Miami, FL 33179 Job Type: Contract | Field-Based Start: Immediate Industry: Construction / Home Remodeling Job Description Novara Construction LLC is hiring motivated Door-to-Door Salespeople / Canvassers to support our remodeling and home improvement projects in residential Miami neighborhoods. This is a field-based canvassing role focused on door-to-door outreach and setting qualified homeowner appointments. You are NOT responsible for selling or closing deals. All sales are handled by our internal sales team. Compensation is primarily commission-based , with the option to offer a small hourly base depending on experience, training completion, and consistent performance. Responsibilities * Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door * Briefly explain Novara Construction's services * Distribute marketing materials or coupons * Set qualified homeowner appointments only (no selling required) * Accurately document appointments and leads * Represent the company professionally at all times Pay & Compensation (Base Pay Negotiable) * $100 per appointment set * Additional $100 bonus if the appointment you set closes * $100 -$200 per appointment * Multiple appointments per day = strong earning potential * Low hourly base ($10 -$12/hour) may be offered based on experience and performance * No earnings cap for top performers This is a commission-driven role. Any hourly base offered is minimal and based on performance.
