Summary As a LuxurySales Associate at Eddy's Everything, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in finding their ideal vehicle. Located in the heart of the automotive market, this position is essential to our mission of delivering an outstanding car-buying experience. Responsibilities * Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features and financing options. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions to effectively upsell products. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during the sales process. * Ensure the showroom is well-stocked and organized for optimal customer experience. * Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and trust. * Support team members in achieving overall sales goals. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles. * Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations. * Ability to upsell products and services confidently. * Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the automotive industry.
