About the Role

We're looking for motivated and dependable ACA Health Insurance Agents to join our growing team. In this position, you will handle inbound calls only --no cold calling, no door knocking, and no chasing people who don't want to talk to you. Your job is simple: speak with consumers who are actively searching for health insurance, guide them through available ACA-compliant plans, verify eligibility, and complete enrollments. We provide all leads , all tools , and full support so you can focus strictly on closing and helping people get covered. What You 'll Do

• Receive inbound calls from individuals seeking ACA health coverage
• Assess client needs and verify eligibility for ACA plans
• Educate clients on plan options, subsidies, and benefits
• Complete enrollments quickly and accurately
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance on every call
• Document client interactions in our system
• Follow ACA and CMS guidelines What We Provide
