Job Overview We are seeking an Experienced Roof Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, particularly in the roofing industry. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and account management, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients. The Experienced Roof Salesperson will be responsible for door to door sales, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts to close sales effectively. Duties * Door knocking/canvassing to establish new clients * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the roofing sector. * Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. * Manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new leads * Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our roofing solutions. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of client communications. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability for the company. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the roofing or construction industry. * Strong skills in business development, account management, and territory management. * Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques, including lead generation and direct sales strategies. * Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively. * Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * Prior experience in technical sales or product demonstrations is a plus.
