Your Role As a Commercial Insurance Sales Agent, you'll: * Prospect and acquire new commercial clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and marketing leads * Consult with businesses to understand their needs and provide customized insurance solutions (property, liability, workers' comp, etc.) * Manage and grow your own book of business * Work with carriers to quote, bind, and renew policies * Deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships What We 're Looking For * Licensed P&C Agent (required or willing to obtain quickly) * Experience in commercial insurance sales strongly preferred * Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills * Comfortable generating your own leads and working a pipeline * CRM experience a plus What We Offer * Competitive base salary + high-earning commission structure * Access to top-rated carriers and full back-office support * Ongoing sales coaching and licensing support * The opportunity to build equity in your book with long-term growth potential Hourly Plus Commission..
