Currently we are seeking a motivated and professional Realtor Sales and Rental Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of real estate law, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and support * Conduct property showings to attract potential buyers or tenants * Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients * Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations * Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with real estate law * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business * Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and coordinating with other professionals involved in transactions * Oversee Rental of RV Sites and Park Models Skills * Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful deals * Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations effectively * Strong understanding of real estate law and legal documentation processes * Proven sales experience with a focus on achieving targets * Exceptional communication skills for clear client interactions and team collaboration * Creative marketing skills to effectively promote listings across multiple channels * Outstanding customer service orientation to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction * Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously * Real Estate Sales License Required * RV Knowledge very helpful This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping clients achieve their property goals.
