Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Licensed Health Insurance Advisor to join our team. This role involves guiding clients through health insurance options, providing expert advice, and ensuring they select plans that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of insurance products, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Duties
- Assist clients in understanding various health insurance plans, including individual and group policies
- Conduct outside sales efforts to attract new clients and expand the customer base
- Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining records, and updating client information
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored insurance solutions
- Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance products and increase brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards during all client interactions
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve service offerings and sales techniques
- Collaborate with benefits administration teams to assist clients with enrollment procedures and plan modifications Skills
- Proven experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on health insurance products
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse clients in person or via phone or digital channels
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving a broader client base
- Proficiency in sales administration software and marketing tools to track leads and manage campaigns
- Analytical skills to assess client needs, market data, and policy options for optimal recommendations
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance during all transactions
- Ability to work independently in outside sales environments while coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery This role is ideal for motivated professionals passionate about health insurance, sales, and helping individuals secure their healthcare future. Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
