Responsibilities * Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly * Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner * Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers * Maintaining a clean and organized salon * Cash handling, opening/closing business * Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Qualifications * High school diploma, or equivalent * Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends * Customer service experience * Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals * Proven customer service experience * Polished professional appearance * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Attention to detail and organization * Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day Full time positions offer a benefits package that includes medical coverage, paid time off, product discounts, and free tanning services.
