- Engage with customers daily to introduce and explain AT&T's product line, identifying the best solutions for their household or business needs
- Deliver dynamic sales presentations, demonstrating product value through real-world benefits like speed, reliability, and affordability.
- Facilitate smooth sales transactions, guiding customers from inquiry to installation while maintaining a friendly, informative approach as an AT&T Sales Agent.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, ensuring brand visibility across various channels.
- Collaborate closely with senior AT&T Sales Agents to learn advanced sales and leadership techniques.
- Provide ongoing customer support, following up to resolve issues or confirm satisfaction.
- Monitor personal progress against goals, reporting feedback and insights to management.
