Job Requirements * Bilingual (English/Spanish) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Enthusiastic, energetic personality * Charismatic and professional phone presence; solid understanding of phone etiquette * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Tenacious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Job Responsibilities * Assist customers in identifying the best vehicle based on their wants and needs * Present vehicles of interest and accompany customers on test drives * Communicate daily with Sales Managers regarding inventory, goals, and performance * Maintain strong awareness of inventory, vehicle features, trims, packages, and accessories * Learn to overcome objections, close deals, and follow the full sales process according to company standards * Build and maintain strong customer relationships * Keep detailed notes and updates in the lead management/CRM system If you're ready to build a rewarding career and grow with a team that supports and celebrates your success, we want to meet you!
