Compensation

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, energetic personality
• Charismatic and professional phone presence; solid understanding of phone etiquette
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Tenacious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Job

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying the best vehicle based on their wants and needs
• Present vehicles of interest and accompany customers on test drives
• Communicate daily with Sales Managers regarding inventory, goals, and performance
• Maintain strong awareness of inventory, vehicle features, trims, packages, and accessories
• Learn to overcome objections, close deals, and follow the full sales process according to company standards
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
