What You 'll Be Doing * As a Customer Relations Associate, engage with customers face-to-face to present AT&T's internet and wireless services, answering questions and identifying needs that lead to sales opportunities. * Deliver personalized consultations, guiding customers through plan comparisons and helping them make confident sales decisions. * Close new accounts while ensuring accurate documentation, installation scheduling, and follow-up sales support. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a dedicated Customer Relations Associate who delivers consistent service and dependable results. * Collaborate with your team daily to develop innovative sales techniques and share success stories that inspire others. * Stay informed on AT&T's latest products, pricing, and promotions to strengthen your Customer Relations Associate expertise and drive customer trust. * Track progress and goals, reporting achievements to management for performance coaching and continuous sales growth. * Participate in community events and marketing initiatives that promote the AT&T brand and showcase your role as a Customer Relations Associate.
