We're looking for individuals who are: - Career-oriented - Positive go-getters - Money-motivated What You'll Do: - Market on multiple platforms including socials, LinkedIn, and beyond - Generate leads and convert them into weekly appointments and deals - Show beautiful homes and assist clients in selecting options and colors - Process applications, collect, and clear conditions - Maintain social media accounts, post updates, and respond to messages and comments - Follow up promptly on calls, texts, and emails - Create, maintain, and enter client files into our CRM system - Attend social networking and sales events - Put out yard sign advertisements as needed - Contribute ideas to our marketing game plan and assist in its execution - Handle incoming calls and communications, including returning missed calls - Address client concerns and questions - Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals Qualifications: - Strong negotiation and customer service skills - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs - Sales experience is a plus - Willingness to learn and develop sales/marketing techniques - Fluency in Spanish is an advantage Why Join Us? - Fun and engaging work environment - Opportunities for career growth - Unlimited earning potential Ready to take the next step in your career?
