Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Duties * Engage with customers in person and over the phone to address inquiries and provide information about products and services. * Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with precision. * Assist in maintaining stock levels, ensuring that products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. * Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and encourage sales. * Utilize basic math skills to calculate totals, provide change, and manage cash handling effectively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. * Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous. * Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services are crucial for success in this role.
