You will be a subject matter expert in the company's products, services, sales process and procedures to achieve & exceed sales goals. The sales associate will take initiative to drive traffic, sales, and repeat business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about making sales & delivering excellent service. Role and Responsibilities * Achieve Individual Sales Goals by selling products and services to new and existing customers * Seek to understand customer issues & recommend solutions to solve their needs * Lead customers through the sales process, converting traffic into sales * Troubleshoot customer device, account, or service issues * Convert incoming calls into appointments & make outbound calls to create repeat business & referrals * Complete trainings to understand the features, benefits, & advantages of products/services offered * Attend sales & systems trainings to improve sales effectiveness * Assist in the execution of local-level marketing tactics & promotions set forth by management * Follow Cash & Inventory Handling Procedures * Maintain Store Appearance & cleanliness Qualifications: * Customer facing experience: 1 year (Required) * Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred) * Bilingual: Spanish & English (Preferred) * Must pass background and drug test Working Conditions * Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis * Able to lift and move up to 20 lbs. pounds occasionally * Able to stand for extended periods of time * Ability to work varied hours/days * Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area * Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems and POS register system' ' Work Remotely * No * Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: Health Insurance Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid training Application Question(s): * Please give an email that is NOT an Indeed email...
