Responsibilities

: - Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses - Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling - Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options - Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and claims - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies - Analyze clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for improvements or additional coverage

Requirements

: -440 Lic is required to apply for this position. -Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse clients - Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms for clients - Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth - Proficient in benefits administration and understanding of different insurance products - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for outside sales meetings We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as comprehensive benefits packages.
