Sales Person - Own A Car of Fresno Please note: We do not respond to online applications. Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Person to join our team at Own A Car of Fresno. This role is essential in driving vehicle sales and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles. * Present and demonstrate vehicle features to promote interest and sales. * Operate the dealership's POS system accurately for all transactions. * Maintain the sales lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, and well-displayed. * Assist in upselling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience. * Support the sales team by coaching and mentoring junior staff when needed. * Track inventory and vehicle mileage, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and updated. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dealership environment. * Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and professionalism. Qualifications: * Previous experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base. * Experience in supervising or training team members is a plus. * Basic understanding of retail math concepts and inventory management.
