Job Summary

: We are looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Person to join our team at Own A Car of Fresno. This role is essential in driving vehicle sales and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Responsibilities

:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features to promote interest and sales.
• Operate the dealership's POS system accurately for all transactions.
• Maintain the sales lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, and well-displayed.
• Assist in upselling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Support the sales team by coaching and mentoring junior staff when needed.
• Track inventory and vehicle mileage, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dealership environment.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and professionalism.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base.
• Experience in supervising or training team members is a plus.
• Basic understanding of retail math concepts and inventory management.
