Position
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate with a proven background in high-end retail sales, preferably within furniture, home decor, or luxury lifestyle brands. This role requires a professional who is consistent in sales performance, excels at closing, and understands the importance of client follow-up and relationship building. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing and growing a client database while delivering exceptional customer experience aligned with a premium brand. Schedule & Availability Full-time, on-site position
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell high-end furniture, home decor, and accessories in a luxury retail environment
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Build long-term relationships with clients through regular and thoughtful follow-up
- Confidently close sales from initial contact to final invoice
- Maintain, organize, and update the client database with accuracy and professionalism
- Proactively grow the customer base through outreach, referrals, and repeat business
- Track client interactions, quotes, and follow-ups to ensure no sales opportunities are missed
- Collaborate with management and operations to ensure a seamless sales and delivery process
- Represent the brand with elegance, professionalism, and deep product knowledge
Required Qualifications
- Experience in high-end or luxury retail sales
- Strong record of closing sales and maintaining consistent performance
- Excellent follow-up and customer relationship management skills
- Experience managing and expanding a client database
- Professional communication skills English and Spanish a must ,portuguese a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working with high-value clients and personalized sales processes Preferred Experience
- Background inluxury furniture, interior design showrooms, or high-end home brands
- Experience working with designers, trade clients, or repeat clientele Personal Attributes
- Results-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Polished, professional, and client-focused
- Reliable and consistent in daily sales activities
- Proactive in follow-ups and lead nurturing
