Requirements

:

• Bilingual in Spanish / English is needed
• At least 1-2 years of Inside Sales, Wireless, and / or Customer experience is a huge plus - willing to train!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high school qualification or equivalent is required
• Flexible work hours.
• Ability to stay motivated during busy shifts and non-busy shifts.

Responsibilities

:

• Creating sales for new and existing customers
• Guiding the customer through the purchasing decision, and activation process, and educating the customer on their purchase
• Providing solutions to customer issues
• Maintaining the visual appearance of your store
• Keeping current and knowledgeable on the rapidly evolving wireless industry
