Description: Position Summary The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase or lease process by understanding their needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: * Working with customers to meet their vehicle needs * Demonstrating products and sharing product knowledge with customers * Communicating with customers through all forms of communication- in person, phone, email * Attaining monthly sales quota * Providing quality customer service to customers * Developing pipeline of customers Requirements: * Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers * Previous sales experience required * Previous automotive experience a plus * Possess strong negotiation skills * Valid drivers license Pay structure is commission based.
