What You'll Be Doing: * Build and maintain strong relationships with ISOs, brokers, and small business owners * Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant cash advance (MCA) opportunities * Drive the full sales cycle from introduction to funded deal * Deliver solutions to clients' business lending needs with confidence and clarity * Close deals daily and get paid generously for your performance What We're Looking For: * Proven experience in ISO sales or MCA funding (1+ years preferred) * A self-motivated, money-driven personality * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone or in person * Someone who thrives in a competitive, high-energy environment What You Get: * Aggressive base salary + unlimited commissions * A fun, high-performance sales floor with support, tools, and real opportunity Pay: $46,330.80 - $81,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience: * MCA Sales : 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Miami, FL 33131 (Required) Work Location: In personConfidential
