  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ISOs, brokers, and small business owners
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant cash advance (MCA) opportunities
  • Drive the full sales cycle from introduction to funded deal
  • Deliver solutions to clients' business lending needs with confidence and clarity
  • Close deals daily and get paid generously for your performance What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in ISO sales or MCA funding (1+ years preferred)
  • A self-motivated, money-driven personality
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone or in person
  • Someone who thrives in a competitive, high-energy environment What You Get:
