Full description of the position

As an Acquisition Specialist , you play a critical role in our property purchasing process. Once a Lead Manager schedules a qualified appointment, your responsibility is to assess both the property and the seller's unique situation. You'll align their needs with one of our tailored programs and guide the transaction forward using a structured, proven sales approach. From initial consultation to contract, you'll work closely with our Dispositions team to ensure a smooth and successful experience through to the closing table. What You'll Be Doing * Pre-Qualified Appointments: Meet with sellers whose appointments have already been set by our Lead Management team--your focus is on qualification and closing. * Property & Situation Assessment: Uncover the seller's motivation, evaluate property condition, and determine the best program fit based on their goals. * Sales Execution: Use our proven, consultative sales process to build trust, overcome objections, and negotiate win-win outcomes. * CRM Management: Document every touchpoint, track follow-ups, and maintain organized notes and deal progression using our Salesforce-based CRM system. * Dispositions Collaboration: Partner with our Dispositions team post-contract to ensure deals transition smoothly through to closing. * Problem Solving: Creatively assist clients navigating challenges like probate, title issues, repairs, or foreclosure. You Might Be a Fit If You: * Have 2+ years of real estate acquisitions, investment sales, or consumer-facing closing experience * Are skilled at building rapport, handling objections, and guiding clients through high-stakes decisions * Operate with a high level of ownership, accountability, and emotional intelligence * Are a strong communicator with excellent follow-through and attention to detail * Use CRM tools (like Salesforce or Podio) and are disciplined with documentation * Possess a valid driver 's license and are comfortable viewing properties in person * can travel by car * 3+ years direct-to-consumer sales experience required * COACHABLE with a strong desire to learn and follow processes * Thrives in a true team environment * Fast-learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels * Organized and resourceful operator * Display excellent verbal and written communication skills * Positive, problem-solving mindset * Must pass a background check Job Types: Full-time, Benefits: * Dental and additional benefits available Schedule: * 8-hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Experience: * Direct sales: 3 years (Preferred)' 'Work Location: On the road * Work Remote- No Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $24,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Sales: 3 years (Required) * Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required) * Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
